After missing out in 2020, we were delighted to be able to invite some of the children from Great Abington Primary School back to Granta Park for their annual 'Children in Need' ramble today.
A crisp but dry day meant the children had the perfect conditions to give Pudsey the Bear a piggyback around the Granta woodland (photo above). The walk ended with a refreshing drink and cookie at The Apiary as a reward for their efforts. Not a bad way to spend a Friday morning I'm sure you'd agree.
The school raised £268.20 for Children in Need, a lovely positive note to round off their 2021 fundraising. Well done to all of those that took part!
