Formerly known as The Pavilion, The Clubhouse is now open!
The Clubhouse is now open for all Park tenants to use Monday - Friday from 7.30am - 3pm, offering lounge-style seating, hot and cold food and beverage options, leisure and gaming facilities, changing rooms and showers, along with space for working.
Plus, we will be opening The Clubhouse every Thursday from 4pm - 8pm from 11 July for people to enjoy a drink after work. During this time, we will have light bar snacks on offer, including homemade scotch eggs, and the bar will be open serving a selection of wine, beer, cider and mixers.
The space also features a unique piece of Cambridge memorabilia. With 185 years of rivalry, the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race is one of the world’s oldest amateur sporting events. We are particularly grateful to the Magdalene Boat Club, who have kindly lent us a boat to showcase in The Clubhouse as a way to honor Cambridge’s rich sporting heritage and celebrate the interconnections and legacy of the local community.
Private Hire:
From 11 July, this space will be available to hire for tenants on the Park on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 4pm - 8pm. The cost will be £400 and this will include staff to serve behind the bar and full private use of the space. The team can also offer catering for your event, including a BBQ, cold finger buffet and pizzas.

FAQ's:
Dogs – No dogs are allowed inside The Clubhouse. Dogs are welcome on the Park and must be kept on a lead at all times. We have outside seating here, which means you can still enjoy The Clubhouse offering sat outside with four-legged friends on leads.
Opening hours – We will be opening the space from 7.30am – 3pm Monday – Friday each week. During this time, you will be able to buy hot drinks and soft drinks, in addition to breakfast and lunch items.
Thursday late night – We plan to be able to start offering a Thursday late night every week from 11 July to allow us to finalise a few formalities. This will mean that until then, The Clubhouse Bar will NOT be open. Once it is open, alcohol will be available to buy from The Clubhouse on a Thursday 4pm – 8pm only. It will not be available to buy during the day.
Usage – The Clubhouse is open for Park employees only. We invested in the refurbishment of this space to be able to offer those based on the Park an additional option for food, drink and a place to step away from the office and socialise together. This also applies to a Thursday late night opening.
Cycle parking – We have bicycle hoops installed at the end of the decked area. Please use these to store your bikes and do not leave them on the decking or propped up against the building.
