ONE GRANTA TOPPING OUT CEREMONY

On January 31, BioMed Realty joined SDC Builders Ltd and project partners in hosting the topping out ceremony for our One Granta development. 

Set for completion in Q3 2024, the building occupies a prominent and highly visible location situated at the entrance of Granta Park. One Granta includes renewable technologies and once complete, it will provide 125,000 sq ft of flexible lab and office space and has been designed to meet the highest WELL, BREEAM, and WiredScore standards.

One Granta also features a third-floor terrace with impressive views and access to the purpose-built wellbeing center The Apiary.
