Availablity

One Granta

A prestigious 4-storey, state-of-the-art, 120,000 sq ft laboratory building prominently located at the entrance to the Park. Supporting a range of requirements from 12,236 sq ft to 79,670 sq ft.

One Granta is a building for those that want to make an impact.  Designed to showcase sustainable design features, the building is WELL enabled and has achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WiredScore Gold ratings, plus an EPC A (14) rating.

A newly constructed 305 space multi deck parking facility supports the building. Exceptional end of journey amenity includes bike storage, electric bike charging, drying facilities and showers (with complementary towels and premium consumables)

One Granta

Granta Centre

Buildings 1 & 2 Granta Centre, located right in the centre of Granta Park were built by TWI in 2015 for their own occupation (totalling 120,000 sq ft). Since 2019 these buildings have become multi let office and R&D buildings.

Building 2: Ground (circa 4-20,000 sq ft) and second (circa 5-10,000 sq ft) floor office space

Building Two

Building Two

Building Two is attractively located with views across to the central cricket pitch and neighbouring tree belt. The two storey building will be refurbished to an agreed office or laboratory specification and can be let floor by floor, or as a whole subject to requirements.
