FRANKLIN BUILDING REFURBISHMENT - PUBLIC CONSULTATION

On 8th February, BioMed Realty hosted a public consultation in the McClintock Building conference suite and tenants of the Park as well as the local community were invited to stop by.

The Public Consultation event showcased the proposals to remodel the existing Franklin Building at Granta Park. The building has been in occupation for almost 20 years and requires modernisation. Our emerging proposals seek to deliver a fit for purpose, sustainable building that will meet modern tenant needs and provide energy efficient solutions and flexible accommodations.

We welcomed all tenants and the local community to the consultation to review the proposals and provide feedback. Members of the professional design team were also in attendance to respond to respond to any queries.
